LG d686 dead after flash


Is there any solution to recover LG D686 dead after flash, cant reconnect to lg tool, gives error Protocol: Failed to enter flashtool mode 4001. In device manager i can see LGE AndroidNet usb serial port (com 58). Hopefully somebody knows what to do. Thanks.

d686 dead after flash

same problem, dead after lgtool flash, cannot reconnect, giving error 4001

You need to use sp flashtool which can be found by searching the forum. I have included a link with scatter, preloader, dsp_bl and boot files for this model(D686). After flashing these files the phone will be able to enter download mode again by pressing volume up while inserting usb cable then just use the official LG mobile support tool(recovery update option) or search LG section for KDZ flashtool.

mine also dead after flash with lgtool. sp tool doesn't detect phone why? phone is detected from device manager

Could you tell what version of LgeTool you used? If it possible- write here logs from the flashing. They can be found in the logs folder.
