To be able to connect to the phone the DIAG protocol should be enabled To enable it - type "##3424#" in the number dialing window and switch DIAG option to enabled To connect the phone you should select "Charge only" in Apps\Settings\Connectivity and reconnect the cable If the phone doesnt load into normal mode due to a corruption you can launch it in download mode manually: To switch to Download Mode you should disconnect cable and power off the phone.
