Sir as I mentioned in above post I used ALcatel S210 cable .

Unlock Instructions:

Unlock over Dual cable with UART:
1. Connect the powered on phone with original usb cable (or dual cable).
2. In case the phone ask for a mode select PC-Studio mode.
3. Press Rescan and make sure the Samsung modem is detected.
4. Select the correct Comport. (In case of serial use COM1)
5. Now press and follow the instructions on screen.

Remark: In case your cable has an connector for a 9 volt battery make sure you connect this also.

Yes Sir I ignored that Error and used Read CID and successfully unlocked the phone .
