LGtool not open when worked server answer me when the server is running somebody there supporter why not answer

where to download the license file
After installing windows says network error occured

Servers are down, that is why you are receiving error messages.

You can use licence file (c_1****2.lic) from previous iLGTool nstalation, if you have backup.
If have't - need to wait till server back to work.
