LGTOOL Problem : "The last request has failed" - GSM-Forum

I am in trouble AGAIN with my newly bought Setool 3 box activated with LG.

I wanted to make a remote unlock for a HTC phone today , and I got this message: "The last request has failed"

Before I had Setool 3 platinum and the simholder was broken, so I bought this new one and registered it , under my same name .

So could it be that the server is not working?
So could it be that my card has been blocked?
Could it be that....... I am just speculating !!!!

Do I need to give my My smartcard Number here in the forum ?

I would be glad if the product manager could solve my problem as quick as possible !
