yes is work whit LG TOOL remote unlock ,generate unlock code and then whitout sim card type 2945#*700# and then chose unlock on the screen,and voila phone is unlock

if dont work do it hard reset
Vol- & PWR for 1 second,
press double rectangle when lights on, and release PWR
continue to hold botons to Android picture appear.
