SETool Team pls help.

Flashed 2 files on support (asian & apac) does't help

I have the same problem flash R1EA012_1217_5563_YAO_GENERIC_RED_95DF_01.software and R1EA012_FS_1217_5582_YAO_APAC_ANZ_RED_95DF_01.soft ware no Chinese.
Flash other phone China+APAC will be OK,but I did not see any Chine file just GENERIC.any idea?
