the only way to remove phone code with that phone model is flashing.

you can try hard reset by pressing volume up + power in 15 seconds, or you may try also to press camera + volume up + power... if these 2 options doesn't work just go for flashing.

i do flashing,by setool,now dead,now i have flash to.free flasher tool,and now its ok,

LT26 flashing with setool box is 100% working, i guess you are not using the right flashfile, there were 2 kind of LT26 xperia_s and xperia_sl.
