Missed numbers in Alcatel provider ID ?? - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I want to unlock a blackberry OT-385 with LGETOOL. The software needs IMEI and model with provider id. The problem is with the model, it asks for 7 characters, and the phone have only 4 :

385X - 2DBYFR1

Model is 385X but the software asked me for 7 characters. What should i do please ?

Thank you for your help but my problem is not with provider id, it's with model number. It asks me for 7 characters but i have only 4 in my phone 385X. And if i don't write the 7 the software doesn't work. Do you understand my friend ? Thanks.
