Is a my idea or the last update od SETOOL is killng GDFS instead of unlock? - GSM-Forum

In the last period I tried to unlock a few w880 and at the end i get the mobile in fatal and still locked.
I must go always on the sony software update to rebuild the GDFS.
Any one has the same problem?

when you don'nt have restoration file off phone so when try to unlock it will be dead

in the first you will make restoration file and after that try to unlock it
and it will be ok
tested with me 100%

without making restoration file

search to found how you can make restoration file

and i can't put it back after... cos gdfs corrupted.

but is not this the problem..
with the version before never had problems..

check settings and rest files and custpacks.

without any logs its useless posting here. you must be doing something stupid because i've never had any problems with any db2020 phone. just follow instructions and read FAQ.
