my se box cant update help - GSM-Forum

i have purchase for activation of my box one time they activate via teamviewer but problem is the reseller can't be able to activate my box
this the error shown example below. im using update gui 0.95

SmartCard update started.....
CARD SERIAL: 00xxxxxxx
Checking with server......
auth #1 err: 6982

possible because server is down so my box cant update
this is the first time i will update my box i only use gui for 1.01 of se
mr. product supporter can u help me
