i have worked fone want change language to arabic only and work good

hi friend.

if you show both identify, you have "tampered" phone.

imei no is same in second identify

so, only need write rigth imei in TA

o can you make full unlock procedure (2 logs)

and phone live again.

i know but how do this i have 2 logs and activte setool

phone simlock okay, not tampered, but phone stucked,slow,rebooting. flashing not help.

most probably, internal fs gone to winds. you need write fullflash from working phone or write clean file system, then reflash phone
check support area for that files.
please note, that all neptune-based phones can be cured with w302_fullflash,etc (check trim area repair case)
in most cases, alternative security bypass needed for writing fullflash.

i said that i flashed it w302 file but the same problem

and i saw this articl in setool support

i want know what i must do for relife it???
