Member: 1507640 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 131 | 1.uninstall bb desktop manager 2.uninstall any drivers related to bb phones. 3.restart pc. 4.install lib usb drivers from support. 5.press connect and attach phone without battery. 6.will b sorted |
