i try to unlock sony ericsson w300 with setool but the phone dead and kill gdfs and no detected by usb and White screen so any help

Sir go to recovery and repair gdfs by com port. For this phone it works correctly. After it your phone will wotk via usb.

use the rg45 cable (uart)
unlock once again
