its not like t679 , i can't arrive to read it, i followed all steps

  [COLOR="Black"]Unlock Instructions: 

 
USB UNLOCK Special Instructions: 

1: First go to Menu - Settings-> Applications-> Development - ( switch on ) USB debugging ON (only for Android phones, not for windows mobile) 

2: Type *#7284# then choose USB > Modem (or USB > Phone) 

3: Type: *#9090# and choose the option with usb_diag 

4: Connect Phone and Install drivers 

5: Press Direct Unlock to reset all locks 

Remark: for some windows mobile phones when above fails you need to download the DataConnection.exe from GO SUPPORT and run it on the phone[/COLOR] first

where can i find DataConnection.exe
is there any oyher way to unlock it?
