Pls help failed "go support" - GSM-Forum

is there any real solution yet?
i tried this solution below but it didn't work

1. "%windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" open this file using notepad
2. Add following two lines to bottom
216.246.35.78 setool.net
216.246.35.78 www.setool.net
3. Save the file
4. Click "Go Support"

i need Z310 flash file so how could i have it?

download latest version, try again.
no problem of support area for me.

Brother,
firstly If u have any browser (as like as safari, mozila etc) then plz remove it from pc
then run clean up soft

http://depositfiles.com/files/sigyyxmit

then restart ur pc and after then plz install again any browser for ur pc.

Then try to login server from soft.
And i hope ur problem ill be solve.

thanks for replies but no one work. I got the latest version and remove google crome, apply restore point, use clea-up soft and even manaul clean-up not one work. i tried the old Supporter it didn't work. Before it works fine even some complain they can't, now perhaps im the last one left...hehe.

need help Setool Team. I need flash files from support very urgent. TIA

Which firmware of z310 u need ?I`ll upload that file on the rapid share.
