You have to order at least 20 credits, at gsmserver.com or other supplier, then you will receive a username and a password to use these credits to activate your box.

Each time you order credits, you will have a different username/password associated with these credits.

If you need more help, don't hesitate to ask.

setools logs is a fraudulent act each time i change my login and password i loss my remainig credit and i have lost up to 34 credit now, because it will tell me bad user name and password for the new generated one, one should be able to generate it manually and each account should be associated to each box serial number. the team should now be aware of the number of prolong number of unused logs hanging in there servers and the resellers are not in total control of it, i have tried two of them.

coolmoney : you can ask to join all accounts, keep on searching good reseller...

But I agree with you that's a total mess proceeding this way, that's why I'm waiting an other solution for se phones...
