i have one sony ericsson tm 717 that 1st problem is lock(provider) i try for unlock in se tool selact modal Z780 then one error in setool .after set not on. how can flash this set ?? plz help me how can get this set flash file plzzz help me

There are on support.Have you checked before ask ?
And don't understand why select Z780 when you need to select F100(Jalou).
It's on forum just need to search.

select correct model and repeat unlock.
t717 is same as t707,db3200 model, while you selected t700.
