(0) retries : 0

slould i ask the unlock code or not?

PIN network sony ask always, but in your phone counter=0, so you can't unlock it by code, forget

PS: need find locale service point sony with EMMA + hard-lock, so with this tool you customized, means unlock any sony, any attempts
