if you sure that you did testpoint properly and did testpoint procedure properly, then phone have mcu with fixed security bug and you can't unlock phone using any known 3rd-party tools.

however, this is very strange, as r800 is quite old phone to use mcu's with fixed security.

and from error text it is likely NOT your case.
i remeber that i had similar problem with r800 on one PC, it was because of usb port incompatibility and it can be fixed using two ways :

- change usb port to different one, preferable port, connected directly to motherboard or to externally powered usb hub
- disabled USB 2.0 mode in PC BIOS for port, which was used for unlock

disable usb 2.0 mode in pc bios.
use short usb cable
connect short usb cable directly to motherboard rear ports, not to case connectors.

if this will not help sorry, i can not help you more.
