Member: 9519 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2,150 | if you sure that you did testpoint properly and did testpoint procedure properly, then phone have mcu with fixed security bug and you can't unlock phone using any known 3rd-party tools. however, this is very strange, as r800 is quite old phone to use mcu's with fixed security. and from error text it is likely NOT your case. i remeber that i had similar problem with r800 on one PC, it was because of usb port incompatibility and it can be fixed using two ways : - change usb port to different one, preferable port, connected directly to motherboard or to externally powered usb hub - disabled USB 2.0 mode in PC BIOS for port, which was used for unlock |

Member: 9519 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2,150 | disable usb 2.0 mode in pc bios. use short usb cable connect short usb cable directly to motherboard rear ports, not to case connectors. if this will not help sorry, i can not help you more. |
