R800a no detected with TP Help please - GSM-Forum

Hi

I have a problem with R800a on the unlock procedure.
At the first step the sw detected ok.
But at the 2nd step with TP cant detected

I make step by step the instructions but I cant !
I try with 1.1101, 1.1107 and with the last 1.1108 and nothing...
Can anyone help me please ?

Hi, thanks for your fast reply,

I make the same TP that to post, but I cant connect the phone after make a TP
After connecting tp and holding back button and connecting cable computer don't detect the phone but when i disconnect the phone i get error.
Maybe is the driver problem, but I dont know what I do !

how to unlock s1 android based phones using alternative security bypass using testpoint?

a:
first, that is ONLY applicable to phones, based on msm8255 chipset - lt15,mt15,r800, some upcoming models.
Here is procedure.

1.
prepare for testpoint operation.
check testpoint location for your phone model in dist\docs\
open testpoint for access
get some needle with wire, connect it to phone gnd ( battery minus ) or to usb cable shield, etc.

2.
select proper phone model.
on settings check signed mode, use alternative security bypass, do full unlock instead usercode reset
fill login/password and check if account valid.

press unlock

1.when prompted, execute steps in EXACT order:
2.remove cable from phone,
3.remove battery from phone,
4.attach testpoint
5.press "ready"
6.insert cable to phone, HOLDING TESTPOINT
7.install drivers from dist\drivers\USBFlash_driver\
8.when prompted detach testpoint
9.press "ready"

I make all the instructions step by step.
But dont detect.
No ask me for install the drivers. For this I think that is this the problem.

Try to uninstall and install again driver.... I'm tested this type case many times ....

Its driver problem not android problem

As I imagined.
Problem was the Zeus drivers. Probe on a virgin machine and it worked well.
