Register Box problem, bad reseller support - GSM-Forum

Hello setool team, I am a newie with your box:
I recently buy SeTool Box 3 to IPMART.COM but I have many days requesting to them that register my box number for can download from the support site, but they dont response any email from me.
Could the SeTool team(or somebody with knowledge) tell me how I must to do for register my box and download software, or at least register the box with a software downloaded from another people, the reseller dont provide me support.

I have similar problem i bought from gsmserver.com

when the software tried to connect it says "bad username/password" when i clicked new password it gives same error.

usually my other boxes have offical supports on the forum. is there anyone from setool in here that can help us??

brother...u must buy log setool from yours reseller,and u will given a username and password...

since it is very hard to contact with my reseller. do you know anyone sell logs for setool with good support?

it is better to but direct from (unlocker) or atlest from ant listed and trusted reseller.
