Rest files general question...?

Are rest files CID dependant?

Whw on my Setool installation, main software does not recognize rest files additionally placed in my Setool /rest files folder... ???

It happen to me on 2 different installation, so must be that I am doing something wrong, since didn't seen any such report here...

After I produce that rest file (which appears same/name/size as one I placed in to rest folder) than it works O.K. ???! (Setool finds it)

Are rests created with 9.xxxx40 (some old ver) different than one that 1.01 reckognizes?

No... File is o.k., but it is not rest - it's Bypass package reckognized as rest?

It's 3Kb (2.18) large file as compared to generated rest of ~500-600 Kb

Thx guys, really. But I know how to make REST.

Problem is here:

FOUND VERSION "R8BA024_1201-7602_TMOBILE_VI"
can't open file "C:\Documents and Settings\Haltec\Desktop\v1.01\rest\R8BA024_1201-7602_TMOBILE_VI"

And if that 3Kb file is bypass package - why is not detected as so, during "Identify"?
(which obviousely IS)

This is not actually a problem - phone is o.k & unlocked.
