S5220 unlock probelm, - GSM-Forum

S5220 not unlock with sgtool ....Always give error.

Plz help me
Log:
Communication Error: TAT-Mode Failed

Possible Causes:
- Wrong Port selected.
- Wrong Cable (use Serial or FTDI).
- Low Phone Battery level.
- Phone not connected.
- FTDI Drivers not installed.

Also check when your using a serial cable, if there is an connector for a 9 volt battery on the cable, in that case you MUST connect the battery to the cable (red/black wire with clip)

I use nspro as com and s7070 cable.
