this is not connection problem
you can flash, reset user lock in SIGNED MODE
network unlock in SIGNED MODE NOT SUPPORTED, will be supported sometime.

it has been my experience that those locosto phones which are not connecting could be connected by holding c button that's why i advised him.
don't comment if u ppl disagree.

excuse me setool is the best box for unlock, but for this models t303 and j132 some problems with connection phone with a box, personnaly i use smart moto for this is very easy.

attached your phone without battery
press unlock/repair
insert battery
enjoy

choose com port TAB
SELECT se
select t303 or j132
select your com port
press unlock
phone unlocked in 27s

i test it with setool but it didnt work.but i will test nexttime again

there is no trick in connection
is the new ti locosto mcu that cover the old hole in bootstrap
check new laser solution with server and credits!

Why you did not make a photo of phones back side? You will see that this phone was made at date lower than 08W47. 08W47 and newer models have new CPU and they are still not supported for unlocking by any device.
