can some one please help me i just bought a setool 3 and when i am trying to run software it says card erro can some one help me thanks in advance

are you have finished installing driver for smartcard???

if no then install it first

the location is inside setool folder EXAMPLE: C:\V1.10\drivers\eGate_Driver

if problem still ocurrs after you instaling the driver,try to install in another computer

STILL THE SAME??? CARD ERROR??
this can be solved by clean the smartcard inside the box BUT,
BETTER ASK FOR REPLACE TO YOUR RESSELER,THAN YOU BROKE THE SEAL OF WARRANTY
CAUSE YOUR BOX IS NEW

Jast clean smart card insat the box and be ok

even when the box is not plug into the pc it still says card erro am i doing some thing wrong?

u must conect box to pc ,run soft if it is smartcard error u must BETTER ASK FOR REPLACE TO YOUR RESSELER,THAN YOU BROKE THE SEAL OF WARRANTY

this box is driving me crazy i took my box to my friends shop and it works perfectly so why wont it work on my pc each time it says card erro some one please help me thanks

1. copy setool folder form your friend pc
2. change usb port
3. change usb cable
and post result or check on new windows xp
