can someone pls help on how to change my seetool password i mistakingly press new password while sign mode tick and password was changed but tried many times to rechange it but to no avail say bad username or password

you can (and should) generate new account password with "generate new password" button on settings tab.
new password will be automatically saved in .ini file, automatically entered in password edit field, written in session log file and written on screen.
keep password in safe place.
once you lose password, the ONLY possible way to retrieve it - contact with your reseller.
however, it is NOT reseller duty to reset password - that is depend pure on him.
if your reseller refused to reset account password, you have LOST account and should buy new.
