Setool activation - GSM-Forum

Hi

I get a used setool box from familly, I want to activate lgtool / sgtool to work with it.

I did not have a username & password, so I bought SE-Tool Server (30 LOG Account)

with updater I get this

Code:

Ready to work
SmartCard update started...
CARD SERIAL : 001037xx
Checking with server....
auth #0 err: [update not required]

30 LOG Account bought for nothing?

Then I bought SE-Tool Activation for LGTool / SGTool, but I get this responce from reseller:

Your order for SE-Tool Activation for LGTool / SGTool has processing failure .
Reason : Activation is impossible: card is not fully registered. Please contact customer to do registration procedure.

I'am the customer in this case, how can I do the registration procedure?

I followed this http://www.lgtool.net/pub/lgtool_sa.pdf
but I can not open LGE Tool, I get this :

You don t have appropriate licence file for the current smartcard (serial 1037xx)
would you like to download licence file now? (Internet connection should be established)

And this message

Code:

Your copy of LgeTool is not activated!

There is no way for me to do the registration at lgtool.net.

Please help me with this, what should I do want to have Activation for LGTool / SGTool

use lgtool 1.99 to register smartcard on lgtool support area.

hi i m install selg tool fusion box after format pc there giving me this error

you dont have appropriate license file for the current smartcard(400341)
would you like to download liecense file now?(internet connection should be established)
pls help me

Do as the_laser said

i activate my box with 1.99 but i cant use the last version
