Hi,
I have new SETOOL 3 FULL SET WITH 35 CABLES WITH FULL ACTIVATION
But i can not use LGTool

Please i need help.

Simple you need to purchase the LGETool which is a separate add on, as it says so in the pop-up

use lgtool version 1.99 to register your card on site, then you can buy license for lgtool 2.xx
i could be wrong, though, please consult on official lgtool support forum

contact your reseller after you register your but, and tell your reseller to activate your box, only the reseller can activate your box
