the problem is solve if uninstall antivirus specially if you use kasperskey...

if u r running on 7 just right click an d select run as administrator. tested by me many times

go to -My Computer- C-program file -Open sgtool-go sgtool proparty -campitable-only chack option RUN THIS PROGRAM AS AN ADMINISTRATO open sgtool anjoy/
