sgtools cant open only when internet connection is open

ok no problem

i put my usb internet key i connect to net and open sgtools all is ok

the big problem when sacn for port the internet connection down because sgtools

detect usb internet key like com port

and never open and run or unlock

plz must slove this big problem

many have this problem

is your broadband usb kit a ZTE model???

i suggest you change USB broadband kit

Get a mifi or some kind of tethered device using wifi or bt

temporary trick, maybe it will work
before scanning remove the key and replug it after the ports are found

Please allow comport selection, that is all
