which system do you use?
did you allow admin rights for sgtool?

it should be somethink with your system
I personaly using it on WinXP(32bit) and Win7(32bit) and its working without any problems

as was already mention - do not forget to run program with admin rights

Run as administrator is the solution for your problem...
