I can't unlock the sharp today, prompted by the need to activate, and money? Gyrus activation cost is not back, now how can I solve sharp, finally a guest

Me too, can't unlock Sharp phone.
Always say:
"Can't get data from server!
Check your Internet connection and SmartCard activation!
Info received"
