you can find the drivers in the drivers folder in se tool software simples

Yep, all needed drivers are already provided by developer.
And maybe about SCI filter? It is not so important, since smartcard can be accessed with exclamation mark on this thing.

I have never enjoy the dongle since I bought it, and running it on win xp it hang always fixe bugs all please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
