Do i need to remove the flash ic and solder wire on the TP and put the flash ic back for TP?

use a good quality of microscope then you'll see the TP there...

About Easy TP K800 it's same K810i , as I see the PCB is the same , anybody tested ; anyway I have one K810i I will test .

no just give test point stage 1 & 2 as the picture ( use old flexible p.c.b) after that flash gdfs in ssw format, and write e-rom thats all
