sony c3 d2502 after flash 5.1.1 off no boot hard brick why ?

this is bug ..Is this a problem in setool or flash file?

befor update 19.2.1.A.0.72 (4.4.2)

19.4.A.0.182 5.1.1 Download from setool support ..

What is the answer to the customer now?
