New security, can't be unlocked without s1 server.

Check on label if date is over 12W10 to be sure.

12W11 or above is not enough to prove if the phone has NewSecurity Bootloader.

I did unlock 12W16 by testpoint ... last week.

On the opposite side some few phones before 12w10 also have new security, this would be a lack of chance in your case...

What is phone condition ?

Asking sim network pin with India network.Phone is locked with uk three.co.uk net.Firmware is 2.3.4.
