i unlock 3 phone 2 lg + 1 htc , and i recieved this message "sorry , but your balance is zero " !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When it is easy and available, better to use direct unlock in priority.

Maybe you should have used unlock by cable for the htc or the two previous lg you made by remote service to save credits when you don't have other choice.

Anyway I'm trying to make a list of phones that can be unlocked by cable for that purpose.
