any body pls help me

My Phone st23i

if i check the imei by *#06# PHONE IMEI : 354 ********** fine
but if i read the phone via SE tools it shows like this

PLEASE ATTACH TURNED OFF PHONE NOW

damaged hwconfig, most probably after repair by other tools.
you could try to rebuild hwconfig + unlock phone, but, if phone was tampered with other tools, you must use that tool to fix this phone.

you can find all required information about hwconfig rebuild in setool2 faq on official site.
