just connect phone and press "unlock/repair"

WHAT ABOUT c1905 counter 0 how can l unlock it with se tool or is it possible to unlock it

no, he messed it with c15xx
c19xx for a moment can only be unlocked using sony server and by putting such thing to public will result immediately dongle/login ban and serious issues for involved service center.
