Stupid SETOOL ERROR Username

This is pathetic now, I got credits on my user and every time i get unspecified server error [0x2746] or bad username/password. I have not changed my password so how can it be bad? Two weeks not this dumb error. Anyone care to explain once and for all how this error comes by?
Searched the forums and had contradicting finds. Damn it.

please contact with your reseller and solve this problem.
and you can give me username and i'll provide you with account log - you will see "ow this error comes by" , "how can it be bad", "Two weeks not this dumb error" ...

here is account log from last password change.
check setool2 logs folder of all pc, where you run setool2 for new password.
