SeTool BOX3 first time - GSM-Forum

Hello all,

I have purchased a new setool box3 and downloaded setool2 v0.915034
I also downloaded e-gate drivers and have in my device manager
these two new devices(win xp pro):

e-gate usb smart card
and
e-gate Virtual Reader Enumerator

I am trying to flash a k610i but here is the thing:

I choose phone type as k610/k618/v630 CHIPSET

B2020
which the closest to the phone I have and then press on identify
when box is attatched to USB I then press c on phobe and attatched it
to box with it's RJ45 like cable then it starts to blink a bit and finally says
charging with nothing happening on setool2 I press stop and it says the following:

PROCEDURE WAS STOPPED BY USER
Can't load ID loader !
Elapsed: 57 secs.

So what is not right here !? please advise!

u use come port or usb port
because time it said
when box is attatched to USB I then press c on phobe and attatched it
so explain more or put log

If you want to use rj45
Click with right mouse button on desktop, go on hardware click on device manager, see a com port that it is installing the setoolbox
Example (COM4),
then you select COM4 in soft setool2 v0.915034

I am using USB port for the setool BOX
and from the box I have network like cable to attatch the phone.

in setool2 program I have it set to usb interface, am I doing it not right!?

The BOX is hooked into USB port with the PC. and the phone is hooked with RJ45 (network cable) to the BOX.

Attach phone to DCU-60 cable not to RJ45 .
