hi team, im having problem entering support, gives me this error in browser (ie or firefox)

This link is already used. Please relogin from software.

what can i do?

close programm and all firefox/ie and open it again

already tried closing and restarting machine, same problem since yesterday

already did everything, its been like five days sinc i cant enter support, and really need to work with it

You have to read again, this is unofficial support.
Use last version and Firefox as default browser.
Check firewall.

Go to official support and use the search button.
