hi.

i have U5i aid4 with 4 attempts left and i have code nck...but compteur blocké..any solution for reset compteure.

If 4 attempts left, then it's not blocked.

When you check lock info, what is written in EACH line ?

(phone has 4 attempts left) but when i entering unlock code nothing happens, not changing unlock code attempting and even phone not says code error or any such error message

yes i test this but same problem and i tell you my problem i can enter code unlock but phone no show me if code true or error and if i enter error code always saty 4 attempts left and i need solution for reset compteure.

Ok, let's clear some points :

1/ If you have 4 attempts left, you don't need to reset counter.
2/ Anyway you CAN NOT reset counter, only SEMC can do this.
3/ When you check sim lock info, which line has a cross ?

network = close
network subset = open
service provider = open
corporate = open
sim = open

and i go in frst network and i enter my code and after no show me if my code true or error and always stay number 4 attempts left and i test code error and same problem stay always number 4 attempts left .. i hope you understand me now ... i need solution

SOLVED 100%
Thanks to @moh_boulk17 for the trick:
Insert wrong simcard, and when this happen, wait about 1 hour for insert the NCK and do click in Ok. Your problem will be fixed.
