Unable to run setool3 - GSM-Forum

Hi, I am new to SETOOL3, I just bought the box with cable, and installed all the drivers, but when i tried to run the setool2g application, it doesnt do anything, setool wont startup.

any help?

i think you have a virus on your pc.

Re-check if all the drivers were installed correctly... sepcially e-gate driver. Remove any other smart-card device from usb port and restart PC.

I am running VISTA, and I only have BB SMART TOOL installed on my computer.

Sorry for asking stupid question, when i collected to my SETOOL3 box via the usb cable that came with the package, i see no light on the box? is it normal or?

Also, even if i dont collect the box, when i run the application, it does the same thing, it didnt say anything like "server error, etc"

Please help...

it said: Severe error 8010001D,program terminated
