i try to unlock j20 many times but i have this

SIGNED MODE (USING SERVER)

CFG:100010000000
ChipID:F100,EMP protocol:0433
BOOTROM MODE DETECTED
OTP DBG: [1,81,1,012273003******]
OTP LOCKED:1 CID:81 PAF:1 IMEI:01227300339066 CERT:RED
LDR:2010-03-02 18:05 1212-4656_DB3350_CS_LOADER_ACC_SDRAM_R2A096
LDR CAPS:SYSTEM FLASH SIGNATURE AUTH

signature found, skipping calculation
server error:remote dongle not available
Unlock FAILED

please hhelp what i have to do

Try this Method to Unlock Ur Set..
1. select proper model
2. on settings, check
"signed mode",
"do full unlock instead usercode reset",
"disable flash mode activation for semc a2 phones",
fill login details
3. back to semc a2 tab, press unlock
4. when prompted, install phone modem drivers
(they can be found in drivers\Modem_Drivers or will be automatically installed if you install semc pc suite)
5. when you will get message "unlock done" - do not remove cable or battery, wait until phone automatically power on, otherwise you will get 5 locks and need to repeat procedure.
