Unlock LT18i failed, maybe is new security? How can I unlock it? - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I try unclok LT18i, I select (SIGNED MODE, ENABLE ALTERNATIVE SECURITY BYPASS, PERFORM "UNLOCK" INSTEAD OF "USERCODE RESET", USE TESTPOINT ("GND" TYPE).

But it doesn´t work. This is the log:

Two week ago I spend 20 creditcs for Xperia activation, and now I must to buy a new activation? Or I must to pay for unlock?.

i have the same problem Please make sure there is no contact in test point when program

say REMOVE TESTPOINT NOW, THEN PRESS "READY

I follow perfectly all steps but it doesn´t work.

Wheh it says remove test point, I removed all test point and then I press ready.

This is the error with second Phone

When I remove test point and press ready, then I must insert the battery and pressing hold back or volume down, then it charing

Please, can you show me a photo of cable that I need?

I´m using the original data cable of phone, usb to micro-usb and select port usb on setool.

When I do identify,it shows the correct info.

from the beginning don't use battery only cable usb and test point

When program say remove test point and press ready

remove test point
and press ready

If you properly connect testpoint it you phone new security and need buy NCK code to unlock.
