Unlock pb! No phone detected - GSM-Forum

Hello, I would like to unlock sony Z710i or K610i.

I have a pb, I thint the phone are not detected!

I have test with or without sim card, phone off and on or already on and it's the same.

Have you a solution, My box have never unlock for this time. Always this pb.

Please help me.

check comport settings.choose correct one

Sorry, but don't understand.

In settings there is only what action I want do. Not com port !

I use usb port, is not the good??

not in settings select the right comport in interface, and then click unlock repair.

1 ; select Sony Ericsson tab

2 ; go setting tab click sign mode and alternative bypass

3 ; return in main push unlock

4 ; see inst ration

I don't find my error, maybe when I turn on the phone and connect!
How I must do this??

Hello. . i have Sony k610i in dead i did flash on usb port But usb port is not deducting.Then i put com port so mobile deducting & i did press flash button & itz waz working but at the last of end it waz show

bro u r in the right direction. ok first u have to click on identify rather then unlock, and see if you have the restoration file present or that phone. ok now click on identify remove battery from the phone insert it back, hold "C" on the phone and plague the usb cable to the phone while "C" is kept hold. and you will see the it is working. if not the chat on msn and i will guide u through the process. It's the same, if I click on Identify or unlock. Don't find phone!!!
I don't understand.

I hope I can speak with you on msn, only your help can me unlock the sony ericson phone.
