use this version unlock free standalone (CSCA SERVER)?

no, update fix conection with server for csca ( for do not broken in working) it is not free.

Full Unlocking is FREE on Locosto & Neptune based phones.

that means, users can unlock locosto-based semc phones with "bugfixed mcu"
and neptune-based phones.

to make full unlock user should check both
"signed mode" and "do full unlock instead usercode reset" settings.

first stage (signature calculation) will consume 2 credits.
second stage (unlock) requires at least 1 credit on account, but will NOT consume credits.

service NOT working all 24 hours, so try your luck... "

so I think it is not for free unlock of neptune and locosto phones,new mcu type
