VIVAZ unlock problem - GSM-Forum

Hi all I have a VIVAZ for unlock so get the code from server and enter the unlock menu but when I put the code the set just get back in unlock menu even it isn't get count attempts help pl

Yes bro just the same i use but when i enter the code the set get me back in the unlock menu and the counter is still the same

any help pls

Wrong code from server recheck code....
Your code must have 16 numbers....check....

I think wrong code would decrease counter ?
